Good evening ladies and gentlemen my name is Charles Jr. Chidi Ohaeri and I will be your master of Ceremonies for tonight’s valued occasion. Value!!! Now Kristi values her husband, and equally Ian values his wife, and if you take a look around you can see that they value their guest, I mean this place is absolutely beautiful. But aside from the aesthetics of this hall it is evident that they value you their friends, their family, their colleagues, their co-workers, Soros and the Plus 1’s. But more so what they value is validation, these two educators understand the idea of self-worth, they know it’s important to validate that value in other people mainly their students. With that being said if we could think to ourselves how can we conceptualize that ideology of Value? I have a way, If you turn to the person to your left and respectfully turn to the person your right simply say to them “You are Valued”
